Fried Chicken

Crispy fried chicken — gluten-free, made with cornflour for the crunch. Home made chips fry for 15 minutes .

Prep: 15🔥Cook: 15🍽️Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 65g soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 150g cornflour

Method

    Mix the above not including the chicken, once full mixed , add chicken and coat thoroughly.

    Fry in hot oil , 15 minutes on each side. I fry the chicken 10 minutes in the middle of the karai or wok , 5 mounted on the side of the wok . Then flip over and do the same thing, on the highest gas hob.

    Take out and let them cool, serve with with whatever takes your fancy. I’m serving with chips.
