Healthy Smoothie

A healthy and delicious smoothie packed with fruits, nuts, and protein. Known to be helpful for constipation due to its fibre content.

Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/24 cup of water
  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 50g of peanut butter
  • 80g of honey
  • 1 banana
  • 5 almonds optional
  • 70 grams of frozen mixed fruit
  • Any additional fruits of your choice (optional)

Method

    Gather all ingredients and ensure they are properly measured.

    Place half a cup of water into a blender.

    Add one cup of milk (dairy or plant-based) to the blender.

    Add one tablespoon of peanut butter (smooth, free of additives).

    Add one tablespoon of honey for natural sweetness.

    Include one scoop of protein powder using the provided spoon.

    Peel and slice a ripe banana. Add it to the blender.

    Add five almonds for creamy texture and additional nutrients.

    Include 2 grams of frozen mixed fruit.

    Optionally, add any other fruits to enhance flavour and nutrition.

    Blend all ingredients until smooth and well combined. Scrape down the sides if needed.
